What you’re seeing is the JVC Quasar. It consists of 12 separate speakers that creates a “non-directional 360 degree sound field”.
Now with sound radiating equally in each direction, the speakers become invisible, only the sound emanating from them remains.
This would go perfectly in the middle of my coffee table. Consider me signed up.
