Connect your XBox 360 to your Mac

Bartelme posted on his blog recently that he discovered a great and cheap application for Mac users that allows them to connect the 360 to their Macs using both wireless [via Wifi] and wired [via Network port] methods.

The application uses indexes from iTunes and iPhoto to then display the media on your TV the same way it’s organized on your Mac.

The creators, Nullriver Software, aren’t exactly newcomers in this area either, they are the same guys who brought the PSPWare program that allows you to synch your PSP to your Mac and easily transfer media to it and do other useful things like backup your game saves and synch your browser favorites to the PSP.

Im little confuded? is it about xbox connection with mac or with pc ?

So you can download the app for free? Or do you have to buy it? And what do you do after you have downloaded it? I can then access xbox live?Thanks.

I downloaded the software, but I still can’t get it to connect. I have a new IMAC. It is supposed to be wire less, but do I still need a wireless router? I followed the instructions on the 360 connect website. The 360 still shows my old PC in the computer list, and no IMAC, but it does show the wireless network. I can’t get the 360 to disconnect from the old PC. What should I do?
