Nintendo fans can sometimes be really scary. Actually, I think that all fans can be scary in one way or the other if they put their minds to it. In any case, someone recently went through the trouble of replacing the textures on Super Mario 64 with some from the classic NES title.

The result is… well… awkward, to say the least, but still very well done, or as good as it could be, I guess.
