You know, it’s hard to even begin to write a review for this movie.
Let me start by saying that I am aware of the Aqua Teen Hunger Force show on Adult Swim, but I have never sat down and watched an entire episode of the series. I have friends that love it, and I have […]
According to Rich Johnson’s Lying in the Gutters column on CBR, a sequel to this summer’s upcoming Transformers film is being planned for 2009…and there is a reason why the designs for the robots are so drastically different from their toy counterparts.
The reason given to licensors as to why the robots look so different in […]
Now this is some seriously talented costume making….
I - like many people my age - have a long history of love for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I hold a grudge against Peter Piper Pizza to this day because they cheated me out of seeing an actual Ninja Turtle when I was a kid (long story). The first live action […]
Gumby turned 50 years old on Friday. Now, at first I didn’t really think much about that…then I read that DMGI, had licensed the content of the original Gumby show to post it on sites like YouTube, AOL and Google Video. Again, I didn’t think a whole lot of it, but I figured […]
In an interview with MovieHole, Adam Rifkin let the long thought dead He-Man movie rumor fire back up to full speed!
Tallstar Asks : Hello Adam, Can you give us an idea what direction you went on the script for “He-Man and the Masters of the Universe”? It has been stated that Fox 2000 handed the […]
Click on the image below to check out a Comic Book Resources exclusive extended featurette from the upcoming TMNT flick. This is the best look at the film yet, and it really looks promising. The more I see of this, the more I can see that they do truly seem to be inspired […]
Aint-It-Cool is reporting that the “wonderful” people that brought you Garfield: A Tale of Two Kitties (you remember that classic, right?) Now have their grubby mits on Alvin and the Chipmunks…and they’ve signed Jason Lee to play Dave Seville.
Say it ain’t so Jason, Say it Ain’t So.

IGN has posted the final one-sheet for the upcoming TMNT filck. I have to see it fills me with a resounding “eh” feeling. The previews have been interesting, and I’m looking forward to seeing the movie, but this doesn’t do much for me.
With top-notch talent behind the project, and a rating that frankly I find shocking for an American animated fiilm starring Superman, we might be in for the surprise of the year with this upcoming DVD release….

Comics Continuum has learned that David Boreanaz has been cast as Hal Jordan in the upcoming Justice League: The New Frontier Direct-to-DVD animated feature. Boreanaz is currently starring on Fox’s “Bones”, but is probably best know (in geek communities, anyway) as the character Angel from “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and the “Angel” television series.

I’m not sure that there is anyway this movie could live up to 18 years worth fo build up, but dang it…it sure looks perty.
Animated adventures of your favorite Sci-Fi franchises are all the rage these days with new Star Wars animation, and possibly Star Trek animation coming to a television or browser near you in the very near future…but one property that I didn’t expect to see get this treatment just might…Aliens.
You can take a look at the […]
I am not sure where, or why this was banned, but this is a great Pentium 2 commercial featuring Homer Simpson.
