A excerpt from MTV’s movie blog suggests that he might be…”The Transformer that will steal all the scenes I would say is this little iPod thing, [it's] crazy,” said actor Josh Duhamel. “It’s pretty cool. It’s like this crazy little 12-inch iPod that turns into this little killing machine.”
I doubt it’s an official iPod, especially with him calling it an “iPod thing”, but it sounds to me like that would be Soundwave.

1During the trailer that aired during “Heroes,” there was a shot of a transforming radio/music device…

2Even if there is an iPod “Soundwave” he’ll never be as cool without the voice ;)

5If soundwave is not in the upcoming Transformer movie, than the movie will go down a notch in the minds of those who grew up watching the cartoon. Mesmorized by the hip-hypnotic tones of his voice and intimidating presence….if he is not there, HE SHOULD BE!!!!
