The PSP is a system I’ve never really gotten into…but for the most part, I’m not much of a handheld gamer. Having said that, I really like the look of the new PSP “slim” models. If I was going to buy a handheld…it would be a Nintendo DS…but if I was going to buy TWO handhelds then I would buy a new PSP (or maybe a Sega Nomad off of ebay…I kid).
However, I don’t think I would buy this PSP. The PSP pictured above is the “Darth Vader” edition that you can get if you buy the $199 bundle pack that includes the system and the new Star Wars Battlefront PSP game. I wouldn’t mind having the PSP version of Battlefront, but this “Darth Vader” edition PSP just seems kind of lame. It’s just a white PSP with Vader’s face silk screened on it.
I’d have much preferred a black version with an embossed Vader helmet or something…I don’t know…cool…
Anyway, if you want one, they’re in store now in extremely limited editions.

2It may also be worth mentioning that if you buy the Battlefront game separately from certain stores you get a Han Solo in Carbonite PSP case, which is much more awesomer than the (ironic?) white Vader PSP.
