Blizzard has posted a “coming soon” page on their community site to let players know what to expect in the coming months for the game. Mostly it’s more high-level quests and some class tweaks right now, but there are a few interesting things like “meeting stones” to help you find a party to take on a more difficult dungeon which should be pretty handy. There will also eventually be Player vs. Player battlegrounds, and Hero classes for characters that have reached the level 60 limit and would like the continue to improve their character.
But one tweak should make fellow FG editor JC happy, the druid class will receive a boost to their armor while in cat and bear form.
JC and I both play on the Eonar server, usually late at night. My character is Munix, and his is Lauran, if you want to say hello some time. So far we have been unsuccessful in convincing Scrivs to buy the game. He keeps saying something about “work” and “addictive” and “girls” and things like that.

1Maybe January. Maybe…
Glad to see you two are having fun. What levels are you at?

2I’m at 21 and JC is at 20. As of last night anyway. I should be at 22 next time I play. Which will be tonight hopefully. Yay.

3Actually I think it said bear and dire bear, not bear and cat. cat needs an agil boost more than armor.
What the game *really* needs is an in-game alarm clock and timer…
so you can set it and say either “I want to play for 2 hours, tell me when my time is up” or “I want to play til 10pm, tell me when my time is up”
It already has an in-game clock that’s identical to real-time on the eastern time zone (at least, in eonar) so this shouldn’t be a problem.
that might help with the “work” and “addictive” part… as for the “girls” … try the “tequila” :-)

4Yeah but that isn’t going to help Blizzard keep you hooked and paying the monthly subscription fees. :)

5sure it is. plus it’ll help keep a few people off who should be sleeping and maybe reduce lag a bit in the cities. ;-)
