To celebrate their 10th anniversary, Opera is giving away the ad-free version of their browser for free. The download page at Download.com states the following:
For one day only, you can get an ad-free version of Opera. Simply e-mail registerme@opera.com to obtain a registration code. This offer is valid from 12 a.m. Tuesday, August 30 to 12 a.m. Wednesday, August 31 2005 (PDT).

1Cool find. I’ll take it. It will be nice to have an ad-free Opera on tap to view how it renders code compared to IE & FF.

Sure we can test how Opera renders in the ad-laden version. But who wouldn’t take them up on the offer to remove them?

7I prefer to use Netscape or Mozilla, especially Mozilla, its really good

8I hate hte fact that the different browsers display different. The css files must be xhtml complyant or Fire Fox will display it differently than Internet Explorer.
