This is how Open Source companies need to start marketing. Get creative and stuff! Even if you don’t like Linux you should go watch this to at least get a laugh out of it.
Good luck getting the song out of your head though…

1Err, I’m trapped in a box, and it looks like I didn’t download the whole stylesheet!
I’m kidding, this is looking very sweet. Very unique and easy on the eyes. Although I’m not too fond of dark sites, this one doesn’t irk me, so you did something right somewhere.

2ARRRGHHH! Not all geeks love white text on a black background.

3Hmm… Another irrelevant comment on the new design. I gotta say I like it, even though it looks incredibly geeky with light text on a dark background. Wouldn’t have realized if I didn’t check in from my newsreader. Good job guys!

4Thanks peeps. Obviously it isn’t done, but I liked it better than the last one so I had to get it up. This site need a personality to match the people who run it.
And Nicole I know all geeks done love the white text on dark background and that is why you get the MAIN content with white background black text. This is no good?

5Okay, perhaps that was irrelevant.
Maybe it’s just that, overall, the look is very dark now.

6Well you know the rest of my sites Nicole, so you can at least give me one dark site! :-P

8Well, I did dig a bit and found the lyrics… but the page is (gasp) gone!
Just sing this to the tune of You-know-who and their song of the (almost) same name)
Lyrics:
You know that Click-N-Run is cool
With click and run, you’re on fire
Just one-click install for you
And then the source will take you higher
Come on baby, run Linspire
Come on baby, run Linspire
Time to set MS on fire
The time to use XP is through
No time to wallow in bug mire
The data you will only lose
And the viruses a funeral pyre
Come on baby, run Linspire
Come on baby, run Linspire
Time to set MS on fire!
MUSICAL INTERLUDE
It’s time for Linux now, it’s new
Those activation codes raise ire
Money isn’t fun to lose
So become a savvy software buyer
Come on baby, run Linspire
Come on baby, run Linspire
Time to set MS on fire, yeah!
MS would have you play the fool
It’s rumored they can be a liar
Common sense would say to you
Monopolies take prices higher
Come on baby, run Linspire Yea..
Come on baby, run Linspire
run Linspire, run Linspire, run Linspire Yea
run Linspire, run Linspire, run Linspire Ohhh
Come on baby, run run run, Come on baby run Linspire Yea,
run Linspire, run Linspire, run Linspire Yea
run Linspire, run Linspire Yea… fadeaway
Yeah!
Not bad for a computer-fixin’ Network Geek, Huh?
run Linspire, run Linspire, run Linspire Yea
(can’t get it outta my head…)
