I guess it’s a small news day when some item packages reach the “front page”. In any case, Microsoft has just unveiled the packages for their upcoming (un?)popular Operative System and productivity suite.
In terms of color, for the Windows versions, they will be similar to what the current Windows XP colors are: Green for the Home editions and blue for the Professional editions (in Vista, the Professional editions will be known as Business editions instead).
I’m a bit disappointed that they didn’t revamp the Office Logo a bit more. Since the difference between it’s current version and the next is so great, I think that it deserved a more distinctive logo. People can already associate Vista as the Windows logo on top of a “marble”, perhaps the Office one could have used the same treatment.
