A new first for the PSP has been released: A graphic novel, specifically aimed at the PSP with a futuristic cyber punk theme. With illustrations by Paco Allen that clearly have influences from Frank Miller’s Sin City comics. The way Chad Allen writes the story also reminded me a bit of Ghost in the Shell, however, the plot seems a bit “dry” at the moment, at least on this chapter.
Anyway, if you’re interested have a look. Even if reading graphic novels (or comics, for those who can’t tell the difference) aren’t your “thing” it’s worth the download and makes an interesting reading for your PSP, or PC, if you preffer to view it on your browser.

1It might be unusual for a post here to be left by one of the creators … but I just want to say that I think the references to Mr. Miller and GITS are way over blown. Yeah, I love Mr. Miller’s work. And no doubt he has been a huge inspiration for me … but for his sake, don’t pretend that my work belongs in the same category his does. Sure, it’s fair to say his influences are present … I just don’t want people to compare my stuff to his. FM kills forever! The same goes for GITS. I personally thing Chad’s writing is great … but GTIS is the culmination of so many amazing ideas it just isn’t fair to compare the two.
