Everyone has days (weeks, months) when they feel like their brain is overloaded to the point that it might explode. Maybe it’s the stress of getting a project done within time and/or budget constraints, having too many obligations, or having a project list the length of a small book. Add that with the information overload of technology — cell phones, constant email, etc — and one’s sure to have a bad case of cognitive overload.
