Firefox users are probably aware of the wonders of Greasemonkey but, for those of you that aren’t, it’s an addon that allows you to customize the way pages look. Although development of a script will be out of reach for most users, customizing a website with a premade one isn’t.

Dailybits did us a favor and made a small list of skins you can use with Greasemonkey to completely change the way Gmail looks. Whether you prefer a “girly pink” theme, or a dark gray metal one, you’ll certainly find a skin to please your taste.
To install Greasemonkey just head to the respective Mozilla add-ons page, install it and restart Firefox. When it restarts just go the url of the skin you’d like to use, like for example “Gmail Super Clean“, click on the “Install this script” button, authorize the installation, and you’re done!
If you like the way Gmail looks, but would like to change it’s color scheme, then perhaps the Gmail skins addon will be a better alternative for you.
