LEGO Superheroes

June 22, 2011 by Robin Parrish Leave a Comment

We’re big fans of “LEGO artist” Nathan Sawaya here at ForeverGeek. He makes stuff out of LEGO that blows our minds. His latest work captures two popular superheroes in flight.

Sawaya created this piece for The Los Angeles Times‘ Hero Complex Film Festival. He found his inspiration when he saw that Superman director Richard Donner was on the festival’s special guest list. He threw in Green Lantern just for the fun of it. Both creations appear to reach about three feet tall from foot to fist. How awesome is Superman’s cape, with its billowing curls!

Check out more pics at Sawaya’s website.
