Looks Like Groot Is Making A Cameo In ‘Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them’

Okay, so maybe it not the exact Groot (we know from Guardians of the Galaxy) but you have to admit, the likeness is there. It’s actual name is the Bowtruckel and it is just one of the many fantastical beasts that will be hunted down by Eddie Redmayne’s character in the new Harry Potter spin-off, Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them. Looking like a mix between a newt from LOTR and a Groot (a Grewt, maybe) this is just one of the many beasts i09 has given us insight into.

The cool thing about these creatures and this story is that each creature has its own backstory, its own habits, its own personality, and all that will very much make this like a live-action Pokemon movie that just happens to take place inside a Harry potter universe.

So think about that for a second. That would be like if Star Trek and Star Wars teamed up. This is a truly magical union that will be happening soon, and I, for one, cannot wait to play Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them on my phone like Pokemon Go. Just watch, I am predicting it here and I bet you it 100% comes true before the movie drops.
